Camp Chikopi

Dear Bob and Colette,

We want to thank you for this great experience for Eduardo, he was very happy during his stay at Camp Chikopi.  Now he keeps running and swimming, and we hope he keeps that way.  We will very happy if he wants to go for the next year.

My husband and I really don´t know how to thank you for everything you did for Emilio Diaz, certainly he keeps talking and talking about all he did and learn back with you and all the new boys he met. He keeps waking up and saying “morning boys, time for early bird…and so” He keeps running trying to keep up with the exercise.

As expected, Rafa returned fascinated with camp. It has been an experience that has made him grow and appreciate the beauty of sports. I thank you very very much and if everything goes well you can expect Rafa to return next summer.

Domenico and Eugenio returned to Italy and told us many things of their 2011 camp, and they made us understand that for them was a very nice experience.
I hope that next year they will want to return, perhaps for a longer period.

JUAN PABLO WAS SO HAPPY AT THE CAMP AND HE CAME BACK TELLING US LOTS OF NICE, FUNNY AND BEAUTIFUL STORIES. HE HAD THE BEST TIME EVER, MADE  FRIENDS  FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD AND MOSTLY LEARNED TO LOVE DISCIPLINE WHILE DOING SPORTS!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING CARE OF HIM, HE MISSES YOU ALREADY!!

PATRICIO GREW A LOT IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS.
BEING AWAY FROM MOM AND DAD FOR 4 WEEKS WAS JUST AWESOME.
CHIKOPI WAS A GREAT CHOICE. THIS EXPERIENCE WILL BE UNFORGETABLE.
PATRICIO IS WILLING TO BE A CHIKOPI MAN SO YOU WILL HEAR FROM US NEXT YEAR.
THANK YOU THEY RETURNED SAFE AND VERY HAPPY, HE SHARED SEVERAL EXPERIENCES AS THE ONES WE USED TO HAVE 30 YEARS AGO JAJAJA….

Hi there Bob and Colette- John Sr. And I just wanted to thank you for giving our son such an incredible experience. Although it was short, we are so happy we made the decision to send him. In this short period, he has matured and has changed in ways that are hard to explain. Just this morning, my husband and I spoke briefly about the positive changes we see in John which we attribute to his time up with you. He just completed his first triathlon and wants to do more! Diego returned home safely and says it was an incredible experience. 

He wants to go back for 7 more weeks. (We’ll try).

He has gained a lot of self confidence and wants to keep attending swimming lessons.  He made a lot of friends that he wants to keep in touch with.

This is the last week and Christian & Juan are very happy and enthusiastic about all remaining activities.
They told us that the canoe trip was fantastic.
We saw the triathlon pictures and results, We are very proud of our boys, they had done very well. We know they are enjoying this summer a lot and that they will never forget Chikopi.
Thank you very much for taking care of the boys during the last four weeks, we are very pleased to continue the family tradition of camp Chikopi
